Breathing therapy

During the classes we will get familiar with breathing exercises and learn how to use them in our everyday lives in order to make it more pleasant, natural and stress-free.

Breathing cleanses, regenerates, calms down, adds strength and confidence. It is a tool that is always available – you just need to be present in the moment. All adults are invited to the meeting.
