Laughter therapy


Laughter therapy begins with a brief introduction, a description of the session rules and a short warm up, followed by series of so-called “laughter exercises” (easy physical exercises ending with laughter) and breathing exercises. The active part is usually followed by a relaxing and soothing session. Please wear a comfortable outfit.
